Let me introduce myself.

My name is Natalie Harris and I’m happy you’re here! Making new connections with others is something I love, which is why I seek collaborative design environments and create welcoming spaces wherever I go. I’m an advocate for adults reading children’s books, passionate about giving back to my community, and an avid supporter of wishing of stars to help us believe in ourselves and the hard work we’re already doing.

My Creative Pledge

  1. Create or work on projects to help educate or connect others with valuable resources to promote learning and artistic opportunities.
  2. Learn and understand my implicit biases, actively listen to others, and not shy away from further readings and conversations to better myself with each day and to create an inclusive environment.
  3. Making communication between those I’m working with as easy as possible by creating boundaries, establishing best practices for communication, creating guiding questions to produce more involved feedback, and listen to the needs of others to create a space where all feel heard and seen.
